Services, Products & Delivery
Personalised events are the main service provided by Gladico Interactive Inc. trough this Website. Every event sold will be the subject of a detailed contract. Sometimes for some specific events, other products (goods) may be produced, personalised and sold together or separated form the main contract.
The delivery of these services and products will be finalised in the agreed timeframe by the company representatives, sub-contractors or, sometimes (partially or in full) by private or public transport companies.
Order cancelation & return policy
Every event sold is governed by specific rues negotiated and agreed trough a contract. As we will always try to find the best solution even for the most complicated situations, the responsibility is co-owned and Gladico Interactive inc. can’t be make responsible for situations totally managed by it’s clients (eg. presence at the start point).
Any product sold directly trough the Website can be returned within a two weeks period, as for the Romanian / EU Law in force (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Payment options
Every service (events) and products covered by a contract, with an associated invoice, can be paid via bank or, if requested, as an ePayment via our partner Netopia, using a Link2Pay.
Consumer protection and dispute resolution
According to Order no 449 of May 31, 2022 published in the ROMANIAN OFFICIAL MONITOR on July 19, under the no. 725 by NATIONAL AUTHORITY FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION have these two options to solve disputes:
